Onboard sailing yacht Promenade
A typical Caribbean BVI yacht charter vacation begins in Roadtown, Tortola, at
noon, ending 7 days later and visits many different islands during the trip. Each
morning, after breakfast, you can be active at watersports, or not, as you wish.
Promenade sail/dive charter yacht will either move to a different location or
you may check out the local area in Yacht Promenades 15 foot tender. After lunch
there is another opportunity for activities, and depending on your chosen itienary,
you may find yourself sailing to a different cove for the evening. At dusk, cocktails
and hors d'oeuvres are presented. Dinner, served al fresco, follows later (see
our Promenade yacht charter bill of fare for a
sample menu and ships bar for our drink list) Depending
upon the harbor, there may be opportunities for visiting ashore for night
life, as you choose. Dance the evening away at Foxy's on Jost Van Dyke or
curl your toes in the sand while dining on fresh lobster at Anegada!
Itienary
All of Promenades Caribbean yacht charter vacataions are tailored to each individual
group's needs and wishes. At the beginning of the cruise guests and crew get together
and review the charts to discover how you'd like to plan your days and target
the various places you most wish to visit during your stay. Learning about the
activies you most enjoy is very important. With our local knowledge, we will then
suggest a route through the British Virgin Islands for your cruise. The itienary
always remains flexible. The many unspoiled beaches, rocky points and cays yield
a perfect combination for sunbathing, exploring, snorkeling and diving. You will
delight in deserted sandy beaches, varied snorkel spots, spectacular hard to find
dive sites, anchorages off the beaten path, local beauty spots and endless quiet
coves. Those who wish to check out the local scenery or would like to hike or
run, can always go ashore by launch. There are some local boutiques and opportunites
for shopping on the different islands.
On Promenade, several activities can take place simultaneously, and everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the cruise in their own individual style.
Waterskiing, Kneeboarding, Tubing, Wakeboarding, Banana Boat
Charter yacht Promenade's tender is a 15 foot caribe and carries a 50hp outboard.Our tender is perfect for watersports, going to the beach or going into town on
your vacation. All kinds of waterskiing and related activities are available.
We have both full sized and childrens skis, kneeboard, double tube, wakeboard
and probably most popular of all, a 6 person banana boat. All this and expert
instruction for those who require it.
Kayaking in the BVIs
Now here is a sport that has become incredibly popular. Anyone can learn to do it
in about five minutes. Since we carry four 11ft scrambler ocean kayaks, you can
go out and have fun as a flotilla of boats or organize races up and down the shoreline.
Take yourself exploring while Yacht Promenade is anchored in a tranquil cove,
or zip to the beach, laden with cold drinks. They are great for exercising, and
parents especially appreciate their children burning excess energy paddling around.
Well, that is, when we give our guests the additional information that kayaks really do work better in the water than they do on land!
