cockpit dining layoutThe cuisine on Promenades casual luxury sailing trimaran is outstanding. Sumptious dishes from around the world are presented with style and elegance. We pamper our guests with exotic tropical drinks and an expertly stocked wine cellar, and its all inclusive! We send you food and preference sheets in advance so, as a group, you can choose each days meals from below and more. All our meals are served in our spacious cockpit, (the largest of any sailing yacht in the Caribbean) with the British Virgin Islands sunset in the background!

tuna steaksOur breakfast items included a tropical fruit platter every morning, along with fresh coffee and orange juice. Morning meals include bagels, croissants and homemade muffins, belgian waffles with fresh strawberries and maple syrup, homemade cinnamon buns, american breakfast cooked to order, Eggs Promenade our unique version of eggs benedict, potato pancakes with sour cream, and ham and cheese souffles just to name a few

luncheons

We specialize in fresh baked breads and salads on Promenade. Other options include teriyaki chicken wings, marinated all night and served with caesar salad and crazy bread, grilled chicken fajita buffet, a mexican fiesta without equal, Caribbean pizza Promenade style with three cheeses, cold assorted meats, cheese and salad platter with focacia bread, barbecued hamburgers and potato salad

cocktail hour

cocktail hour gamesEach day as the sun goes over the yardarm our pitchers of cocktails come out. Our extensive cocktail recipes include painkillers, bushwhackers, banana daiquiris, pina coladas, frozen margaritas and rum punches just to name a few! Appetizers include nachoes and cheese with salsa, red pepper dip, conch fritters, sweet and sour meatballs, chicken fingers, and shrimp dip. We have a few cocktail hour games that we love playing with guests as you can see here. Be warned, they CAN be dangerous!

dinner selections

seafood scampi platter Served with a selection of fresh prepared vegetables and salad these include lobster, shrimp and scallop done scampi style, tuna steaks with a tomato pineapple chutney, indonesian chicken sate kabobs, beef or chicken chinese stir fries with angel hair pasta, mississippi rub barbecued ribs, and tenderloin steak barbecued to perfection

Desserts

Delicious and delightful, let yourself go and enjoy! chocolate cheesecake, mississippi mud pie, white chocolate mousse, apple streusel pie, fresh homemade ice cream, and all served with fresh coffee and selection of liqueurs as you prefer

Our al fresco menu on Promenade is an exciting occasion and reflects our chefs love of the ocean and attention to detail. Needs and styles are dictated by our guests and we make every effort to continually adjust our menu.
