2007/2008, "Cabin Only Sailings"
Several times a year we sell the yacht "by the cabin" or on a "headboat" charter. This allows guests who would not normally be able to charter a large yacht the opportunity to experience the comfort and spaciousness that we provide. It is also an excellent way to make new like minded friends! These sailings are for 6 nights and run from Sunday through Saturday.
Our current dates are March 30th through April 5th, 2008 and for wreck week, October 25th through Nov 1st, 2008!
Additionally, there are a couple theme cabin only sailings that can be booked through outside sources. We have two all women charters coming up in February, and in April, we have a "swim through the islands" which can be booked by the cabin. Please contact me and I will point you in the right direction for any of these!
Per cabin sailings $3800. (2 guests, 1 cabin, 6 nights)
Prices include all gourmet meals, ships bar, and water sports
Not included: taxi transfers, crew gratutiy of 15-20%
SCUBA diving. Certified divers $125.00 per week and $125.00 BC and reg rental per person
Resort divers. $75.00 pp per dive to a maximun of $400.00 pp, includes gear. Open water referral $225.00 pp plus gear rental (this includes your diving for the week)

Boarding is 12 noon. Yacht returns on departure day at 10:00 am. Guests departure by noon. Promenade sails out of Roadtown, Tortola. For cruises more than 180 days away the deposit is 25% of the total rate, with a further 25% due 180 days out. For cruises less than 180 days away, the deposit is 50%. The remaining 50% balance is due on boarding in cash or travellers checks only! In the case of cancellation, all payments are fully refundable, less a 15% commission, provided the yacht is fully re-booked for the same period. All rates are in US dollars.
