kerry and bazza Kerry Lynn and Bazza have owned Promenade for the last 12 years. Barry (Bazza) originally hails from Australia. Baz spent 20 year in trade school for various mechanics, holds about 14 different papers for welding to diesel mechanic, and as well has built several boats, including Alley Cat, a 37 foot catamaran that he sailed around the east coast of Australia for 18 months. Besides the fact that he can sail or fix anything on a yacht, he is an avid SCUBA diver and SCUBA Instructor. Bazza not only holds a local British Virgin Islands captains licence, but was the first person to obtain a MCA approved engineering license here in the British Virgin Islands. Kerry holds her MCA Yachtmaster Offshore, is STCW95 compliant and has been a SCUBA Instructor for many years, with thousands of dives with underwater photography being a particular passion. She is very eager to share her part of charter paradise with you. She has a passion for the out of the way spots in the British VIrgin Islands that she has learnt over the years, and her cooking skills have adapted as preferences change.

Update: June 2009. Richard and his broken knee are coming along, although he is still a few months away from being able to do charters. Look for Richard and Lisa to be on board sometime in the 2009/2010 season and will definitely be doing the summer season of 2010. No more kiteboarding for him!!

Richard Rome and Lisa Dixon have worked on Promenade for several years now, and after taking 9 months off this winter to travel and SCUBA dive the far east will be managing Promenade between July 2009 until the end of November 2009. Richard Rome recently upgraded his Yachtmasters License to an Ocean, and is a SCUBA Dive master. Richard has an infectious laugh that makes friends easily. He is a competent captain, engineer and loves everything to do with the water, including water skiing, as well as being a keen fishermen and underwater photographer. Lisa Dixon easily handles the SCUBA Instructing on Promenade, while her recent month long Cordon Bleu course is put to good use in the galley. Richard and Lisa completed an atlantic crossing this winter and Lisa swears she knows how to cook Mackerel a hundred ways at the moment! Richard and Lisa complement each others skills and with easily a hundred charters under their sailing hat, and are true professionals in the industry.

As needs dictate, a third crew member is added. Currently, Brent Pumple has been working with us for two seasons on Promenade and we all, crew and guests alike, enjoy his cheerful personality very much.
