FULLY CREWED, STANDARD ALL-INCLUSIVE CHARTER
Charter fee: $20,900/wk for up to 10 guests.
Includes: Cruising permits, National Parks fees, all meals aboard, ship's bar, and water sports, overnight A/C if needed.
Not included: Crew Gratuity of 15-20%;
Diving: $50/dive for certified divers, $85/dive for Resort/Discover Scuba. Includes gear. One dive/day. Please inquire in advance if you require more dives. Open Water Referral dives are available, upon request... inquire.
Miscellaneous: Short charters are possible but charters of 5 nights or less are subject to an industry standard surcharge of 10%. Xmas and New Years additionally has a 10% surcharge.

sailing times, payment schedule and refund policy
Boarding is anytime after 12 noon. Yacht returns on departure day at 10:00 am. Guests departure by noon. Promenade sails out of Harbourview Marina at East End, Tortola. For cruises more than 180 days away the deposit is 25% of the total rate, with a further 25% due 180 days out. For cruises less than 180 days away, the deposit is 50%. The remaining 50% balance is due 6 weeks in advance. In the case of cancellation, all payments are fully refundable, less a 15% commission, provided the yacht is fully re-booked for the same period. would you like boat accomodation the evening before your charter?
On availability, Promenade is pleased to offer the following for your convenience. Upon arrival either by ferry or plane, you can taxi straight to the yacht in the marina. You can make your choice for your evening meal or breakfast at any of the restaurants on island, before beginning your charter at noon.
Our flat rate is $800.00 upon availablity.
