Casually Crewed: Our rate for these is $12,900 for 7 nights (6 guests, add $1000.00 each additional guest up to 12 Please note, 11 & 12 is family ONLY on approval).
Promenade is a large yacht, and has many toys and amenities on board, which can keep everyone busy, but with only two crew, guests have to be willing to pitch in. We offer ONLY very casually crewed. The yacht will be fully provisioned and ready to go and includes all food, ship's bar, cook, fuel, water, on board water toys (except SCUBA diving), permits and cruising taxes.
It does not include getting to and from the yacht (air and transfers), any meals you choose to have on shore, anything other then ship's standard bar, communications, dockage, SCUBA, and overnight Air Conditioning. Crew Gratuity is also extra (standard 15-20%)
Overnight air conditioning is $65.00 per night extra. SCUBA Diving will be $20.00 per person per dive for certified divers. Gear rental (BC and Reg) is $125.00 per person per week. Resort diving is possible on a per charter basis with two SCUBA Instructors on board, depending on how much diving is being done. Please ask in ADVANCE.
Our ships bar is basic, but plentiful, and all of it is self serve. From your wine with dinner to your cocktails and beer, help yourself.

Our flexible option
A competent licensed captain/crew to be in charge of the boat, and boat safety at all times.
Full water tanks at beginning of charter (750) gallons.
75 gallons of diesel fuel included, & 5 gallons gas for tender.
Use of all equipment as inventoried on board.
Cruising Taxes, National Parks permit & VISAR fee included
The base charge is $11,000. Up to 12 guests
Complimentary Provisioning Service for the most part
We do not provide a freelance chef, although you are welcome to hire one as long as you have accommodation for them. We will however, offer a partial chefing service where we are responsible for a number of dinners for the week.
We have a form here that you can estimate your charter costs under this option.
Cruises more than 180 days away the deposit is 25% of the total rate, with a further 25% due 180 days out. For cruises less than 180 days away, the deposit is 50%. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days in advance.
Refund Policy: In the case of cancellation, all payments are fully refundable, less a 15% commission, provided the yacht is fully re-booked for the same period. All rates are in US dollars. We strongly suggest travel insurance.

Repositioning out of the Virgin Islands. 24 hour rate prorated for traveling time to the BVI and back, plus fuel costs.
Charters under 6 nights will be prorated with a $700.00 additional boat turn around fee.
Day Sails: $1500.00 (8 hours)
