Fully Crewed Charter Rates
These are our only openings this season:
Headboat (cabin only sailing) March 29th to April 4th $3600.00 per two guests, one cabin
We have just opened up betweeen July 6th and July 24th. Up to 10 guests $18,900
Hold on July 17th through 24th. Hold on Feb 16th
Prices include all meals, ships bar, and water sports
Not included: taxi transfers, crew gratutiy of 15-20%, fuel surcharge of $60.00 per night ONLY if running generator all night at guest request for Air Conditioning. (Note this may go up or down depending on fuel costs!)
SCUBA: Certified divers $35.00 pp per dive and $25.00 BC and reg rental pp per dive gear rental if required. Resort divers $85.00 per person per dive includes gear.
2009/2010, 7 night fully crewed charters (Available Nov 21st, 2009 through June 20th 2010)

Add a 10% surcharge for either Xmas or New Years week

Captain/Dive Master "a la carter" option

Boarding is anytime after 12 noon. Yacht returns on departure day at 10:00 am. Guests departure by 12 noon. Promenade sails out of Harbourview Marina at East End, Tortola. For cruises more than 180 days away the deposit is 25% of the total rate, with a further 25% due 180 days out. For cruises less than 180 days away, the deposit is 50%. The remaining 50% balance is due on boarding in cash or travellers checks only! In the case of cancellation, all payments are fully refundable, less a 15% commission, provided the yacht is fully re-booked for the same period. All rates are in US dollars. On availability, Promenade is pleased to offer the following for your convenience. Upon arrival either by ferry or plane, you can taxi straight to the yacht in the marina. You can make your choice for your evening meal or breakfast at any of the restaurants on island, before beginning your charter at noon.
Our flat rate is $800.00
