Charter Rates for s/v Promenade

starting in the fall of 2009 we are offering either a fully crewed charter, or a captain and dive master only charter, where you hire the yacht & captain/crew as well as additionally pay all expenses. please read through our information on this option carefully. this is a new concept for us, and one which we are very excited about offering. We are only offering a select number of weeks, so book early!

2009/2010, 7 night captain/dive master only charters

Up to 12 guests $13,000

Plus all expenses.

Add a $1500.00 per week surcharge on for Xmas and New Years

Unlimited SCUBA diving: $20.00 per person per dive and $25.00 per person per dive IF BC and Reg Rental needed. Divemaster fee of $50.00 per dive, if wanted or required. Special pricing may be available for full SCUBA charters

Crew gratuity as you see fit- generally around 10% of charter fee

Prices include all ships meals, ships bar, and water sports

Not included: taxi transfers, crew gratuity of 15-20%

SCUBA diving. Certified divers $35.00 pp per dive and $25.00 BC and reg rental pp per dive gear rental if required. Casual diving only please, 1 dive per day

Resort divers $85.00 per person per dive includes gear.

would you like boat accomodation the evening before your charter?

Sleep aboard rate the night before your charter on availability. We hope that by offering this we help make your trip easier! Our flat rate is $800.00 (non commissionable, booked and paid in advance)

sailing times, payment schedule and refund policy

Boarding is anytime after 12 noon. Yacht returns on departure day at 10:00 am. Guests departure by 11 AM. Promenade sails out of Roadtown, Tortola. For cruises more than 180 days away the deposit is 25% of the total rate, with a further 25% due 180 days out. For cruises less than 180 days away, the deposit is 50%. The remaining 50% balance is due either 60 days in advance if paying by credit cards, or by cash or travelers checks only

on boarding. In the case of cancellation, all payments are fully refundable, less a 15% commission, provided the yacht is fully re-booked for the same period. All rates are in US dollars. We strongly suggest travel insurance. Click here for our preferred supplier, Travel Protection Services.
