Come to the British Virgin Islands for your wedding or honeymoon! There is hardly
a more romantic notion than getting married on a tropical isle. The mere thought
creates images of Caribbean sunsets, sandy beaches and sparkling oceans. Promenade
has had several weddings either with the ceremony on board the yacht in a romantic
anchorage, or the wedding on one of our top 10 beaches in the world! Imagine your
close family surrounding you on a beautiful luxury yacht charter with the sunset
in the background. What a way to make wedding memories! Nuptials in the BVI are
easily arranged and virtually hassle-free. We have several professional wedding
planners, or you can do it yourself with our help!
The regulations are very simple. A visit to the Attorney Generals Chambers to apply for a wedding license is required. Processing the license takes three working days. Required items include passports: a certified copy of the divorce decree ( if you were previously married!) and the licensing fee of $110 in postal stamps, available at the local post office. The Registrar of Marriages will perform the marriage at the location of your choice for $100.00.
Honeymoon couples are also welcome on board our cabin only sailings. This is a great way to experience all the amenities that being on a large luxury sail/dive cruise entail and as well have lots of time to find your own quiet corner of the yacht, to spend time alone. We will even take you with a bottle of champagne to your own deserted beach if you desire!
